“Calm, considered and pragmatic, Dariel has helped me to understand and address a wide range of personal and emotional issues. Encouraging yet challenging, she has led me to find my own solutions to a variety of obstacles by helping me to deconstruct a problem and see it from every angle; an approach which is empowering and confidence-boosting as well as emotionally supportive.
Meeting with Dariel has enabled me to tackle a complicated backlog of un-confronted and unresolved issues and – crucially – to feel equipped to meet future difficulties with assurance and emotional balance. It is a work in progress, but with her continued support I feel positive I can build on the considerable achievements already made, and achieve more still.”
"I have found Dariel incredibly supportive. She has helped me work through things so I can handle situations that I would otherwise have managed very differently. I have never felt judged or uncomfortable which is very important as I was nervous at the thought of seeing a counsellor. I would definitely recommend her and look forward to our weekly sessions."
"I would recommend Dariel to anyone. I was going through a bad time in my life and was struggling to make sense of what had happened. Dariel and I spoke weekly over the course of a few months. The sessions helped me no end - I was given caring and focused support, alongside advice and guidance on how to think about what I was going through. It was challenging, but in time I was able to smile again and find a way through the fog! Just having someone impartial to talk to who was completely there for me was amazing, and I don't think I could have got to the happy and focused place I am now without Dariel's help."
